FREE Standard Trophy Plate Engraving

Standard trophy plates are thin aluminium plates with adhesive backs that affix to the trophy. The FREE plates are custom engraved with your text (up to 120 characters). The trophy plates come in a variety of sizes to best fit the trophy. These plates are supplied for self-assembly.

Please note that to achieve your required delivery date during the busiest times of the year, we may decide to print your personalised text onto the plate rather than engrave it. The images below demonstrate what the two methods of personalisation look like. The top two plates are machine engraved, whereas the bottom two are sublimate printed.

Medal Engraving

Some medals come with the option of high quality reverse-side engraving at extra cost. Alternatively, you may also like to consider our reverse-side black text printing on self-adhesive clear labels as a very low cost option.

Bespoke Logo Centre Discs

Many of our trophies and medals have the option to mount a circular high quality self-adhesive vinyl label featuring your logo or badge. We can also print text above and below your design for that extra customisation. If you do not have access to bespoke artwork, please select from our standard stock range at no extra cost. We prefer to receive your logo artwork in a jpeg or pdf file for the logo centres. These logo centres are supplied for self-assembly.


Gold, Silver, Nickel, Glass & Pewter Trophy Engraving

These high quality materials can be engraved on the trophy body at extra cost. The engraving method and price for custom body engraving are varied for different trophies and are fully detailed on the individual product listing. We will email a free artwork proof for your approval before production begins.

Glass, Wood & Acrylic UV colour Printing

Where indicated, many of our awards can be printed with full UV colour at extra cost. Our state-of-the-art printer ensures pin sharp clarity and colour matching, ensuring crisp professional results. We will email a free artwork proof for your approval before production begins.

Artwork Requirements for Glass & Cup Engraving and Colour UV Printing

If you require a logo engraved onto any glass or crystal award or colour UV printing on our handpicked range of suitable awards, you need to send us your logo artwork in an .EPS format. This type of editable vector artwork file is typically available from your logo designer or art/media department and must be created and saved in editable '.EPS' format. An .EPS vector file cannot be saved by reformatting a flat image (.JPG of .GIF). The .EPS file requires the full detailed outline for accurate engraving by our engraving machines. 

If you do not have a copy of your logo in .EPS format, we are able to provide a reformatting service for a small additional cost per logo. Once the logo has been reformatted, we can provide you with a copy for future use.
